Note to self:
When using my smaller round cake pans, mix up a regular cake mix. Spray with special "Pam" spray that is for cakes and has flour in it.
Pour 2 cups of mixture into each pan, and bake 350 for 25-30 minutes. 25 was perfect this time.
Also, I froze the cakes before frosting.
